Since 1996, Tai Pei frozen foods has had a place in the hearts of Asian cuisine lovers around the country. The company has significantly expanded their brand from one single-serve entrée to more than a dozen varieties. Tai Pei had an idea for a new product launch for Tai Pei Wraps. They sought out our help at Trepoint to launch the wraps at a limited number of Walmart stores. The objective was to increase awareness and implement a trial to target millennials. We used a fully integrated program geo-targeted based on distribution and had in-store IRCs on core Tai Pei products, cross-promoting new product with a free offer to drive the trial. We were looking to have the Tai Pei Wraps at in-store super fridges in select participating stores. Trepoint co-branded Walmart digital coupons driving in-store with digital media to increase awareness of the new product. We also had mobile shopper app presence to drive further awareness and consideration as well as to reward shoppers for purchasing the wraps. Lastly, Trepoint geo-targeted Facebook ads in order to microsite with a BOGO offer.
